Where do I begin? If you managed to keep up with the AC-12 'lingo' (I must admit, I struggled in parts) I applaud you!
Well, at least no one died in this episode at least!
Last night I feel that we saw a different side of John Corbett. When he spoke to his wife (once we'd learnt that she apparently hasn't been in contact with him in months) via a burner phone he hid under the slabs on his balcony, he asked to hear his children breathing as they were asleep. We saw the tears trickling down his cheeks - a more vulnerable, sensitive side to Corbett we have previously not been exposed to.

That intense attack on the police convoy had me (literally and metaphorically) on the end of my seat! I cannot fathom that there were absolutely no casualties, especially after the number of times those guns were fired!
We seen John recruit Steve, and say that he needs help: "they're vermin, the lot of 'em". Steve fails to inform Kate or Ted of his secret goings on with John, and decides to keep it as a secret.
Who did Jane Cafferty select as her recruiter from the 6 images she was presented with!? One of the photographs was taken from a drawer labelled as "Current AC-12 Personnel". The camera pans to Steve and Kate sharing a worried glance between eachother, which leads directly me onto discussing Ted...

Is Ted Hastings corrupt? Is he H?!
He seemed to take a lot of interest when Kate hurriedly left the room, and quickly tore down images from the wall. He wandered his office in an attempt to gain a better view of her actions, and then was extremely focused on what happened when she re-entered the room with Jane and Steve. To be honest, with all the twists and turns Jed Mercurio has already provided us with in previous seasons and Bodyguard, I can't see him deciding to, so obviously, reveal the true identity of H so early on.
Ted, after being rejected by his ex-wife who has 'found someone else', and begs him to sign the divorce papers, the camera zooms out to show his laptop just as a message pings up, with a line of text, in the exact same way that H communicates.
Line of Duty continues next Sunday at 9pm on BBC One.
Hope we find out who Jane picked next week....agree the H being Ted seems too obvious....great episode so much going on can’t wait for the next one
